Not resolved

First of all there is nothing at all special about Dermitage. It is just a moisturizing cream that doesn't do more than a bar of Dove.

After trying their $5.95 offer I discovered they were billing me for $100 a month.

I called and ask them what they were doing using my card unauthorized. I was told that agreeing to try their product automatically enrolled me in their program. They said that I had signed up for bi monthly shipments of their product.

I told them I had not received any product. They said I would soon. I told them I would refuse the shipment and was told that UPS no longer accepts returns. I spoke to the reps at UPS and they told me I would need an address different from that the product was shipped from (which, of course, Dermitage would not supply me with).

I won my credit card dispute and I believe the card companies are now aware of this type of scam. I had exactly the same thing happened when I bought a movie on line.
