I received my trail offer months ago and try to cancel then, the customer service person told me ok and they would contact me in March and they would contact me to start shipments up again, No call and my bill showed being charged from Dermitage. So I called the customer service number and told the man I got billed before receiving package on my credit.

The man (did not get his name) told me they do not give refunds. I stated I had paid original trial, and now my credit card is being charged again and I did not receive any merchandise.

The rude man told me, they do not accept return merchandise and would not refund my charge. The thing is I did not receive anything from Dermitage.
